A Sunset Surprise Proposal on the Beach - Myrtle Beach Engagement Photographer

There’s nothing more magical than a surprise proposal — especially when it happens on the beach at sunset! Zachary planned the sweetest surprise for his girlfriend, Alivia, during their trip to North Myrtle Beach. He told her they were meeting a photographer for a few “couple photos,” but he had something much bigger in mind.

As we walked down to the shoreline, Alivia spotted a heart made of roses waiting in the sand. That’s when Zachary took her hand, led her into the heart, and got down on one knee. The look of surprise and pure joy on her face said it all — and of course, she said yes!

After the big moment, the newly engaged couple popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate and shared a few sweet toasts as the waves rolled in. We continued the photo session as the sun dipped below the horizon, capturing every golden, love-filled moment.

This proposal was everything romantic beach dreams are made of — soft light, happy tears, and the start of a new chapter together.
