Showcasing Coastal Design: Professional Photography of a New Pawleys Island Oceanfront Build

I recently had the joy of photographing this stunning newly built rental home in Pawleys Island, SC for the designer. 

🏡 Architectural Highlights

Designed by Yong Vang-Souvong, NCIDQ, the residence boasts six bedrooms and expansive open-concept living spaces. Every square foot was thoughtfully planned to ensure the main gathering areas embraced panoramic ocean views. The finishes were selected for their durability and low maintenance, ensuring the home remains pristine for years to come.

🌊 Embracing Natural Light and Views

The home's orientation and large windows allow for an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Capturing the interplay of light and shadow throughout the morning into the afternoon was a key focus during the photo shoot, highlighting the home's architectural features and interior design elements.​

"This oceanfront home was designed as a vacation rental for a returning client who wanted a fresh twist on the classic Pawleys Island architecture style.  They were after something modern but still true to the laid-back coastal vibe, with some extra features you don't often see on the island, like an elevated pool and a private elevator, to enhance the guest experience.  With a desire to accommodate six bedrooms and expansive open-concept living spaces, every square foot was thoughtfully planned to ensure the main gathering spaces embraced panoramic ocean views.  They also wanted finishes that could handle wear and tear, keeping things low-maintenance and looking good for the long haul."
